This application allows you to view allyournotifications on your Fitbit device, whether it is the FitbitAlta,Fitbit Blaze or Fitbit Surge.This app creates a Notification Listener Service that listenstoall the notifications that arrive on your phone (withyourpermission). It then sends a text message to your own phonewiththe information of each notification. By setting up thetextmessage notifications on your Fitbit, you receive allnotificationsvia text messages.DISCLAIMER: Please use this application only if you haveanunlimited text message service from your carrier. If you don'thaveunlimited text message service you may go over your monthlylimitfor sending/receiving text messages. I will try to send othertypesof messages (such as WhatsApp message, Google Hangout message)inthe future.NOTE: THIS IS AN ALPHA APP AND HAS ISSUES. EXERCISE CAUTIONWHILEUSING.KNOWN ISSUES:1. If you have a permanent notification that updates itsinformationregularly, such as a RAM usage tracking notification,this willcause the Fitbit Notifications app to continuously sendout textmessages! At this time the only fix is to disable suchpermanentnotifications.2. If a download is occurring, which issues a notificationthattracks the download progress, the Fitbit Notification app sendsouta new text message every time the download progress is updated.Iwill attempt to filter out such notifications in the future.Please share your usage experience and any issues faced withmeso that I may improve the app!
